AI Workflow Sprint · $750

One workflow. One week. Hours back every week.

We pick the most expensive repetitive task in your business and ship a working AI automation for it in 5 working days. Fixed scope. Fixed price.

30 min · No prep · No sales pitch

How it works

5 working days. Start Monday, ship Friday.

About 2 hours of your time across the week. We do the rest.

  1. Monday

    Workflow audit

We list your repetitive work, rank by hours saved, and pick the one to ship.

  2. Tuesday

    Design

We design the workflow end to end. You tell us what good output looks like.

  3. Wednesday

    Build

We build it inside the tools you already use. No new software to learn.

  4. Thursday

    Live test

Real inputs from your business. We tune the output until it matches what you would have sent yourself.

  5. Friday

    Handoff

Documentation, a short training video, and ownership transferred to your team. Plus 7 days of follow-up support.

The hidden cost

Your team is doing work that should not be manual.

Most service businesses lose a workday a week to repetitive admin. The work has to get done. It just does not have to be done by a person.

  • ~6 hrs/week

Answering the same 12 customer questions in email, chat, and DMs.

  • ~4 hrs/week

Drafting proposals that are 80% the same as the last one.

  • ~3 hrs/week

Chasing inbound leads that go cold while the right person is in a meeting.

  • ~5 hrs/week

Pulling status updates from Slack, sheets, and notes into a Monday report.

That is a workday a week. The sprint gives it back.

What you’ll walk away with

A working automation by Friday.

Each one is something we have built before in a week or less.

Inbound leads answered in under 2 minutes.

When someone fills out your form or emails to ask if you do X, they get a useful reply in your voice before a human sees it.

Example: Auto-classify form submissions, draft a personalized reply, log the lead in your CRM with the right owner.

Proposal first drafts in 90 seconds.

Intake notes and a call transcript go in. A first-draft proposal comes out. You edit and send.

Example: A Notion or Google Doc proposal generated from a Loom recording plus the intake form.

An internal answer engine your team will actually use.

Stop being the person who answers "what is our policy on this" and "where is that template" all day.

Example: Ask your docs and SOPs in Slack and get a sourced answer in seconds.

Weekly reports already in your inbox by Monday.

Status, pipeline, and ops summaries pulled from your tools and drafted before standup.

Example: Auto-generated weekly report to leadership with metrics, wins, and blockers.

Risk reversal

Worst case, you walk away with a plan.

Our guarantee. If you leave the assessment without at least one workflow worth automating, we send you a written summary of what we would have built anyway. No charge, no follow-up emails.

Pricing

One offer. One price.

No retainer. No scope creep. No surprise invoices.

Pays for itself in the first month if it saves your team 2 hours a week.

Fit check

For operators, not strategy decks.

You’re a fit if…

  • You handle inbound work that follows patterns: leads, support, intake, reporting.
  • You already use Google Workspace, Slack, a CRM, maybe Notion or Airtable.
  • You want a working tool this week, not a roadmap and a reorg.
  • You can spend about 2 hours in calls across the week.

Not for you if…

  • You want a 6-month transformation program.
  • You need on-prem-only deployment or a HIPAA-only stack.
  • You want to replace your existing software, not build on top of it.
  • You want a slide deck. We ship working software.
FAQ

Common questions.

What if we don’t know what to automate?

That is what the assessment is for. The first day of the sprint is a workflow audit. We rank the highest-value automation candidates before building anything. You do not need a list before you book.

What tools do you use?

Whatever fits the workflow. Common picks: ChatGPT or Claude for reasoning, Zapier or Make for orchestration, Notion or Airtable for storage, plus your existing CRM and Google Workspace. We choose based on your data sensitivity and what your team can maintain.

Will AI talk to customers by itself?

Only where it makes sense. For sensitive or high-stakes work we design human-review workflows: AI drafts, a person approves. You stay in control of what goes to customers.

What about data sensitivity?

We default to providers with enterprise data terms (no training on your data) and keep sensitive workflows behind human review. We do not have HIPAA or SOC 2 certification. If you need that, tell us on the call and we will be honest about whether we are the right fit.

What happens after the sprint?

You own the workflow. Most clients run it themselves with the documentation we hand off. A second sprint or a larger build is a separate engagement. Never assumed, never auto-billed.
